By now, some of you may have noticed the little announcement that I put up in ROME's main English forum. I had received a couple of requests to announce the renaissance of HSR in ROME, so I put something together to let folks know that we are alive and well... and growing.
It isn't written in stone; I am happy to edit it if necessary. So if anyone has any suggestions on how to improve it, feel free to let your opinions be known here.
